REFUND AND RETURNS

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or returns. Once the product (s) leave our custody, we can no longer resell them safely. If the courier company loses your parcel, we will resend it for FREE, assuming it can be confirmed and verified that the parcel is not delivered to the shipping address you have provided, and it is not detained by your local customs.
